Day 5 Chosen and Loved

So I woke up too early today, (I wont even tell you what time I woke up this morning), but I just couldn't sleep! I kept thinking about yesterday when did a video about my struggle with insecurity. I kept thinking about it,  and I felt like in my spirit that God was trying to tell me more about it. So I got up, got my coffee, and I started researching scripture on my worth and value in Christ. I started to read these verses over and over and just came to realize the extreme importance of declaring the word of God over your life every single day. It literally is the armor we have to protect us in the battle. We have the choice to believe one thought over another. The enemy loves to pounce on us, trip us up, and take us down in a matter of seconds if we let him. We have to be armed and ready to go when those thoughts start to try to get in our head.  So, today, the declaration and words that I want on 'loop' or on 'repeat' in my life are, "Chosen and Loved".  I am Chosen and I am so loved by the creator of the universe!
Spiritual 5:

Day 4 and 5 done, forgot to post last night. Thank you for your beautiful heart and soul and encouragement to keep us growing spiritually and physically. Today’s reading in 2 Kings 4 when we feel inadequate or think what we have to offer isn’t sufficient , I want to remember that God asks us to give what we have in faithful obedience . He is the one who makes it enough. This is a wonderful reminder in our daily lives that as we seek God , in every area He will supply us with enough of everything. Sometimes my energy level is low and I feel like I can’t do another thing or go another 10 minutes on treadmill but I pray and ask God to give me enough to keep pressing upward and onwatd.and He does as this morning was a great example as I wanted to jump off treadmill and only had 10 minutes to go. I prayed and He gave me enough strength to keep my goal for the day. Praising Him and very grateful for another day accomplished in Him and grateful for you Britney for your faithful support, and prayers and sacrifice in sharing your time and tips with all of us. Love you and those on team . Xoxoxo have a blessed day.

Day 4 completed yesterday- it’s easy to get fitness, thankfulness, and praise in when your city is getting a once in a generation snowfall. Walking in a winter wonderland with praise music in my earbuds is a little slice of heaven on this earth! Day 5 is complete except for my workout, which I’m about to do. I hope I can keep this up when life gets back to the same old everyday schedule again!

Done! Today was a hard day. I struggled to wake up and get going! But I took a minute to pray for my attitude and then selves into the word. I had a bad attitude his morning. But as I read through psalm 34 and listen to some worship music it all fades away and joy and peace came. I am grateful for this challenge and for first things first!

God led me in a lesson on laughter today. Of course the most commonly known Scripture referencing laughter is Proverbs 17:22 “A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit saps a person’s strength.”
Here’s a glimpse of what others see in your laughter:
Psalm 126:2 “Our mouths are filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, ‘The Lord has done great things for them.’”
Doesn’t that make you want to peek their curiosity???
Here’s a promise from Job 8:20-21 “But look, God will not reject a person of integrity, nor will He lend a hand to the wicked. He will once again fill your mouth with laughter and your lips with shouts of joy.”
Others view your joy and peace about the future as confidence and that’s something everyone needs!
Proverbs 31:25 “She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.”
    A prophetic Scripture on laughter:
Ecclesiastes 3:4 “A time to weep, and a time to laugh, a time to mourn, and a time to dance,”
    Closing promise:
Luke 6:21 “God blesses you who are hungry now, for you will be satisfied. God blesses you who weep now, for in due time you will laugh.”
