Brief personal introduction: 

Hi Everyone! I’m Rachel Pellegrino and I’m the founder and publisher at Little Lamb Books. We are a small traditional publisher of faith-based titles for elementary, middle school and young adult readers. We launched the company in 2015 and in the past 4 years have produced 4 books and won seven awards (4) at the National Level.

As a trade publisher, we contract with authors to produce and manufacture their manuscripts into books sold across the country.

Do you have a mission statement? 

Shepherding the Next Generation of Faithful Readers.

What is your key bible verse, either business or personal, and why? 

Business verse: “He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in his arms
and carries them close to his heart; he gently leads those that have young.” Isaiah 40:11

Personal verse: “Now Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things unseen.” Hebrews 11:1

Where do you find your inspiration? 

We draw our inspiration for books and stories from the authors that we partner with and from kids and what they read.

What encouragement can you share with our readers? 

Reading to your children and with your children is so very important. Buying and reading stories that are from a biblical perspective, even for entertainment, is even more important because it plants seeds to faith in their hearts and strengthens their walk with the Lord.

Our children are our legacy and we love producing entertaining and inspirational picture books and chapter books for them.
