Every day we need to take the time to meditate on the Word so that we can purposely think according to what it says.
You are probably thinking, "What does that mean?" One practical way we can do this is to just sit down and say, " I am going to meditate (think about) some things on purpose." Then spend some time thinking about some scriptures that renew your mind with the truth about what God says- about His love for you, His plan for you, how He wants you to live. If you commit to set your mind on God's word, renewing your mind with truth and getting the stinkin'thinkin out of your way, then we can experience the fullness of life that we can all have in Christ.
1 Corinthians 2:16 says' “For who has understood the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?” But we have the mind of Christ.
Romans 12:2 "Do not be conformed to the is world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect."
